This Privacy Notice is provided to inform you of what personal information will be requested in connection with participation in the NatureSweet® Cherubs® "Sweet Sensation, Snack Like an Allstar" contest (the "Contest" or "Promotion").
Notice to Contest Participants and Parents.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under the age of 18, please have your parent or legal guardian complete the Contest Registration Form and all contest information on your behalf. To be considered valid, all Contest entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a participant. Parents may have information related to their children deleted from our database and refuse to permit further collection or use of the child’s information.
Information We Collect.
Participation in the Contest requires the submission of a limited amount of personal contact information, from a parent or legal guardian, of a contest participant, including the name, address, phone number, e-mail address, telephone number and age of each participant (collectively the “Information”).
How We Use Your Personal Information.
We will use the Information to identify each video upload with a participant and to contact contest winners. The first name, age, and city/state of residence of each participant may be posted on our website and/or used to identify each video entry with its creator as part of the voting and judging process. Parents have the option to agree to the collection and use of a child’s information without consenting to the disclosure of the information to third parties.
